Aluat pentru tarte sarate

Mie imi plac la nebunie tartele sarate. Pot fi umplute cu orice, eu le mananc. De cele mai multe ori folosesc aluat refrigerat, special cumparat pentru tarte, sau aluat foietaj. Salvez timp si este foarte comod. Insa aluatul facut in casa este foarte simplu si de cele mai multe ori mai gustos :) Aceasta este reteta pe care o folosesc eu aproape de fiecare data.

Am folosit:

- 225gr faina
- 100gr unt
- 1 ou
- 1/2 lingurita sare
- 1 lingura apa

Se amesteca faina cu sarea si apoi cu untul si se framanta pana se formeaza un aluat faramicios. Se adauga oul si apa si se continua framantarea, pana aluatul devine elastic, in jur de 5 minute.

Se impacheteaza aluatul intr-o folie alimentara si se da la frigider pentru cel putin 30 de minute.

Se scoate aluatul din frigider si se intinde o foaie potrivita pe care o asezam peste forma de tarta unsa in prealabil cu unt. Mie cantitatile de mai sus imi ajung pentru o tarta de 28cm, insa de data aceasta am facut doua tarte mai mici.
Se taie excesul de aluat cu un cutit de pe marginile formei si se inteapa aluatul cu furculita, pentru a nu se umfla in cuptor. Desigur se poate acoperi cu hartie de copt si umple cu boabe de fasole, din acelasi motiv.
Pentru ca aluatul sa nu se retraga in tarta se mai poate da la frigider pentru 10 minute, eu insa nu am mai avut timp.

Se da la cuptor, in jur de 10-15 minute, sau pana tarta s-a copt.
