1 sos Knorr-ciuperci de padure
ulei de masline, zeama de la o lamaie, condimente pentru peste
Se face o marinata din uleiul de masline, zeama de lamaie si amestecul de condimente pentru peste, in care se tine pestele in jur de 30 de minute. Apoi se prajeste somonul intr-o tigaie la foc potrivit.
